Foundational projects — paver patios, retaining walls, plantings, and drainage — typically range from $20,000 to $50,000. Full-scale outdoor transformations that include pools, pavilions, outdoor kitchens, and custom hardscaping start at $100,000 and scale from there, depending on the scope and complexity of the design.
After an on-site consultation, we’ll walk you through a detailed proposal with transparent, itemized pricing — no surprises, no hidden costs. For larger projects, we’re also happy to discuss phasing the work over time to align with your timeline and budget.
Not necessarily, and most of our clients aren’t. Once the project plan is approved and construction begins, our crews work independently and keep the site clean and organized at the end of each day. We assign a dedicated project manager to your job who serves as your single point of contact for questions, updates, and scheduling — so you’re never wondering what’s happening or chasing down answers from different people. We’ll send progress updates and photos throughout the project, and we’ll reach out if any decisions come up that need your input. If there’s a day where we need access to the house for electrical, plumbing, or irrigation tie-ins, we’ll coordinate that with you ahead of time. When the project wraps up, we do a final walkthrough together to make sure everything meets your expectations before we consider the job complete.
Tepe is a full design-build firm, which means the same team that creates your landscape plan also builds it. You won’t need to coordinate between a designer and a separate contractor — that’s one of the biggest sources of miscommunication and cost overruns on landscaping projects. Our designers, project managers, and install crews all work under one roof, so nothing gets lost in translation from the plan to your finished yard.
It depends on the complexity. A straightforward paver patio or retaining wall might take one to two weeks. A larger Cincinnati landscaping project involving grading, hardscape, irrigation, plantings, and outdoor lighting could run four to eight weeks. Weather in the Cincinnati area can also affect timelines — we’ll give you a realistic schedule upfront and keep you updated if anything shifts. We don’t overbook and leave your yard half-finished.
