Commercial Landscape Lighting

Commercial landscape lighting isn’t decoration. It’s an extension of your property’s identity after hours, and it serves a practical purpose that impacts safety, security, liability, and the perception of your brand. At Tepe Landscape & Design Group, we design and install low voltage LED landscape lighting systems for commercial properties across Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Eastern Indiana, the same way we’ve been lighting residential properties for over four decades. Every fixture is placed with intention, every beam angle is calculated, and every system is engineered to perform reliably through Cincinnati’s four-season climate.

Low Voltage LED
LED fixtures consume approximately 75% less energy than comparable incandescent or halogen systems. For a commercial property running dozens or hundreds of fixtures from dusk to dawn, that difference shows up directly on the utility bill

Durability
We specify commercial-grade brass and copper fixtures built to withstand UV exposure, moisture, temperature extremes, and the physical wear that comes with commercial property use.

Long Lasting
LED lamps are rated for up to 40,000 hours of operation. At typical dusk-to-dawn schedules, that translates to years of service before replacement.

Areas We Serve

We design and install commercial landscape lighting throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, including properties in Downtown Cincinnati, Kenwood, Blue Ash, Mason, West Chester, Montgomery, Sharonville, Hyde Park, Oakley, Anderson Township, Norwood, and Loveland in Ohio, as well as Fort Thomas, Fort Mitchell, Crestview Hills, Villa Hills, Erlanger, Florence, Edgewood, and Park Hills across Northern Kentucky, and the Eastern Indiana corridor.

Design, Installation, and Ongoing Service

Commercial lighting is a system, not a product.

  • Lighting design We develop a lighting plan that specifies fixture types, placement, beam angles, wattage, and zoning.
  • Installation Our crews install all wiring, transformers, fixtures, and controls. Low voltage wiring is buried to code depth and routed to avoid future conflicts with irrigation lines, landscape beds, and hardscape features
  • Fixture quality We use commercial-grade LED fixtures with extended warranties. Our standard residential line features Kichler Design Pro LED fixtures with an industry-leading 10-year warranty.
  • Maintenance and service We offer maintenance agreements that include annual inspections, lamp and fixture replacement, aiming adjustments, timer reprogramming, and transformer testing.

What Commercial Landscape Lighting Covers

Every commercial property has different lighting requirements depending on the building type, site layout, hours of operation, and the impression you want to create. We design systems that address the full scope of a property’s lighting needs.

Entry and signage lighting. Your entrance is the highest-visibility point on the property. Dedicated lighting on monument signs, entrance landscaping, and building entries ensures visitors can find you, read your signage, and feel welcome — whether they’re arriving at 8 AM or 8 PM.

Building and facade lighting. Uplighting and wash lighting that highlights your building’s architecture after dark. Well-lit facades communicate permanence, professionalism, and attention to detail. Dark buildings communicate the opposite — and they’re easier targets for vandalism and break-ins.

Walkway and pathway lighting. Path lights along sidewalks, between buildings, through parking areas, and around common spaces provide safe navigation for employees, tenants, customers, and visitors.

Tree and landscape accent lighting. Uplighting on mature trees, accent lighting on specimen plantings, and wash lighting across garden beds create visual depth and interest that transforms a commercial landscape from flat and forgettable into something that makes an impression
