Our Tepe Landscape Designer approached this property with a clear objective: create distinct outdoor living zones that feel connected yet intentionally scaled for different types of gatherings.

Through strategic terracing, structural retaining walls, and layered patio elevations, we transformed the backyard into a functional, resort-style retreat that family and friends can enjoy year-round. Over six months, our team executed every phase of this project—from excavation and retaining wall construction to pool installation, masonry work, and final hardscape detailing.

Lakeview Manor reflects the strength of our comprehensive design-build process, where structural engineering, landscape architecture, and outdoor living construction are integrated into one cohesive plan.

The result is a layered, functional, and elegant backyard retreat in Lebanon, Ohio—designed for everyday living and exceptional entertaining.

At the center of the lower terrace sits a fully custom gunite swimming pool, built for long-term durability and aesthetic impact. The pool’s placement maximizes open deck space while preserving sightlines to the upper patio and pavilion.

A raised custom spa serves as both a functional relaxation feature and a visual focal point. Its elevation enhances the layered design and reinforces the transition between upper and lower living areas.

Together, the pool and spa create a resort-inspired atmosphere that anchors the entire backyard.
